As you make your decision about college, there's no substitute for a visit to BGSU. Please schedule your visit in advance online or call toll free 1-866-CHOOSEBGSU. Office of AdmissionsOur office is located in 110 McFall Center.
Because our goal is to make your visit as personal as possible, we ask that all visits be scheduled in advance. The best time to visit are weekdays when classes are in session. Students may also visit BGSU Firelands, our campus in Huron, OH. Students requiring special assistance should contact Disability Services, 419-372-8495, two weeks prior to your visit, to make special accommodations. A one-hour, multimedia presentation in the Office of Admissions. Student-guided tours
A 90-minute walking tour with stops in academic buildings, a typical residence hall room and the Student Recreation Center. Class visitsOn weekdays during fall and spring semesters you can sit in on a college class. Please check the class visit list. Financial aid informationStudent Financial Aid, 231 Administration Building. Counselors are available from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday on a walk-in basis. An appointment is not necessary. Additional OpportunitiesAcademic department visitsDuring a weekday visit, you may wish to speak with someone in your area of academic interest. To help you identify the department, please contact us. We will put you in contact with the department that will assist you in scheduling your appointment. Admissions counselor appointmentAlthough an interview is not required for admission, you may wish to meet with an admissions counselor to have individual questions answered. Athletic coaches' visitPlease call the Office of Intercollegiate Athletics at 419-372-2401 to arrange your appointment with a coach. While you're herePlan your visit to coincide with one of BGSU's many cultural or athletic events. The Office of Admissions can advise you of major events on campus, or you may consult the University Calendar. The City of Bowling Green invites you to enjoy the many specialty shops and wide variety of restaurants near the campus. |
